I am a passionate trainer, coach and consultant and I have been living and breathing agility since the very start of my career. I have a 25+ years experience in the information technology industry and have been founder and Chief Executive Officer of successful software companies.
I am a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) for Scrum.org, the 'Home of Scrum' founded by Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum, and a Professional Kanban Trainer (PKT) for ProKanban.org, an organization founded by Daniel Vacanti, one of the creators of Kanban.

Scrum and Kanban are a true passion for me, and I strongly believe in people-driven processes—that is, a work environment increasingly centered on the human element. I have a strong ability to build empathetic relationships during my courses, whether they are held online or in person. 

I love spending my leisure time in my “house of Scrum” in the woods of central Italy (90 Km from Florence), where some in-person courses are held and where students are my guests, enjoying nature and breathing fresh air along with Scrum foundations. 

My courses are optionally taught in Italian, Spanish or English language.
